ACLU Loves Sickos

POTTSVILLE, Pa. - Child-welfare authorities seized a newborn from a hospital
Friday and placed the baby in a foster home because his father is a convicted
sex offender.
A judge granted the mother supervised visitation rights but
prohibited visits from the father.
"There's no happy ending in these things.
It's what we think is the best interest of the children," Gerard Campbell,
executive director of Schuylkill County Children and Youth Services, which took
custody of the baby over the mother's objections.
The baby was born Tuesday
and the agency obtained an emergency court order Wednesday authorizing it to
take the infant after arguing that his safety is in jeopardy because the father
pleaded guilty to rape and sodomy two decades ago in New York. The agency also
cited concerns about the mother's alleged history of drug abuse, the mother's
lawyer said.
Another hearing is set for Oct. 31.
"I think
they're sending the message that if you or any member of your family screws up,
you can kiss your parental rights goodbye," said
American Civil Liberties
Union' name lawyer Mary Catherine Roper, who represents the mother, Melissa
WolfHawk.
WolfHawk, 31, declined to talk with reporters after a
hearing before Common Pleas Judge Charles Miller.
The 53-year-old father,
DaiShin WolfHawk, did not attend the hearing but said he was "just shocked" by
the judge's decision.
"I thought I was living in America," he said.

He is living in America- we just don't care for letting sex offenders raising their future victims.

OHIO!! Good place to not be from - or something like that! We're both trapped aren't we. Grabbed photos that attached to this sleeze the other day (PA is too close to Ohio!) - so decided to say HI here - figured you'd find it anyway. Your space is a good visual experience. Saw this type of color theme someplace (think I have some of this someplace?!?) - but it wasn't full of substance that you offer. Good "stuff"

It seems to resemble a bit of a 3rd grade crush. Mag said first grade ... but it's really less annoying that having my ponytail pulled. He loves me... after all, he keeps linking to me . He loves me not... evidently that's why he uses my comments out of context and twists my words... he loves me, because clearly he likes to "poke the bear" (That 70's Show quote). Yes, I just referred to myself as a bear. A lot less hairy, but no less scary. Because anyone that thinks you should be locked up for the rest of your life is indeed scary. Especially when she likes to go around telling everyone how demented you are... and how she'd like to see you locked up forever. And even more scary when you know that it's the truth she speaks. And Lindsay, he is demented. And he should be locked up forever. And, well it seems that he is a fan of mine. Yep, that sick lil monkey can't help himself. He reads this here blog (which is a hint that you should share your thoughts...
