I told you before about how NBC has swapped catching predators for gambling with them , so the fact that Shahram (Shawn) "Sheiky" Sheikhan is a convicted sex offender should be no surprise. Now, to be fair his 1995 conviction didn't land him on a public notification system... but it did almost get him deported. Evidence Finding here , More Legal Docs here -- and it's been written about by enough media outlets that NBC can't claim they didn't know. But that's not my point. Cause we've already talked about that. Instead, I have yet another complaint... You see, because he has a MySpace account , I thought it in the best interest to notify MySpace that he had a sexually related conviction for crimes against a minor. So, I reported his page, and sent along a good half dozen related links as evidence of his conviction. Seriously, I sit in shock as I relay this to you. It seems that NBC's much loved and much talked about special series, To Catch a Predator is going to be replaced.... although the new show will still feature sexual deviants, only now it seems they'll be on the payroll. More information...

I'm pleased to be able to share another highlight from an upcoming MSNBC program with you. MSNBC announced that it will premiere a new three part crime series called "Dead Men Talking" on August 21st at 11pm ET. MSNBC joins a team of Louisville, Kentucky investigators and medical examiners as they use forensics to uncover the truth behind several crime and death scenes in "Dead Men Talking." Following and expanding on the August 20th "Dateline" broadcast on this team of medical examiners, the three-part series takes viewers inside this rarely reported-on part of the criminal justice system. The MSNBC series will air on consecutive Tuesday evenings at 11 p.m. ET/PT beginning August 21st and is narrated by NBC News' Victoria Corderi.
