Alberto Hernandez

Alberto Hernandez wasn't satisfied with just raping his 13 year old stepdaughter, so he beat her to death as well.

Apparently, Hernandez had been investigated, and removed from the home he shared with his wife and her daughter, by the Florida Department of Children and Families over allegations that he had sexually assaulted the girl.

Her mother returned home Monday to find the girl "convulsing", and when paramedics arrived they reported she was unconscious and badly beaten. The girl later died at a Fort Myers hospital.

I suppose we will find out that Alberto Hernandez has been let out of prison early for good behavior or was overlooked and passed on from some agency.

Sure Florida, way to go, remove his from the home for a sexual assault on a teenager, but I forgot Florida has an overcrowded prison system. Florida ought to change their state sign.

The Beating Death Of a Child

Michael Porter was arrested Thursday for the death of his two year old stepdaughter. He is accused of striking the little girl in the abdomen earlier in the week causing blunt force trauma and inflicting deadly wounds. The little girl was described as having significant bleeding in her intestines and bruising on her ribs, the front of her chest, side and back. Records indicate that she had bruises in other areas of her body and medical examiners believe she suffered from possible kneeing, punching or squeezing.
