More Musical Predators...

In this post, I explained the concept of the game "Musical Predators". To make a short story shorter- it's when a country decides to deport their offender outside the country rather than punish them. At last count, it was Canada and the US at a tie... I didn't see the surprise strategy of my home country coming.

A man in Greene County was facing life in prison, but now the former fugitive will spend no time behind bars for inappropriately touching a child.

BTW, that "touching" is described as rape in the headline. And let's not forget the attempted murder charge either.

On Tuesday, Mobarak was found guilty of one count of sexual battery after pleading no contest.

Greene County law enforcement officers went all the way to Germany last year to arrest Mobarak. They charged him with trying to kill his estranged wife and raping a young boy.

However, as the case progressed, those charges were dropped and a new one was added.
Greene County Prosecutor Jeff Hunter said, “The defendant, Mr. Mobarak, did engage in sexual conduct with another person. That other person at the time was 9 years old.”

Hunter said, “In this case, there was a legal matter where the state was in danger of losing the case and not being able to prosecute at all. So with those parameters in mind, the defense came to an agreement.”

So, now it seems that we allow predators to roam free... as long as they agree to do the roaming in another country.

How nice for them. And how completely devastating for their future victims.
Defense Attorney Dennis Lieberman said, “The condition of the terms of community control is that he goes to Jordan. If he comes back, he will be put on community control.”

Lieberman said his client is a U.S. citizen, but it appears that Mobarak has no plans to stay in the U.S.

He loves me, he loves me not, oh what the heck he loves me...

It seems to resemble a bit of a 3rd grade crush. Mag said first grade ... but it's really less annoying that having my ponytail pulled. He loves me... after all, he keeps linking to me . He loves me not... evidently that's why he uses my comments out of context and twists my words... he loves me, because clearly he likes to "poke the bear" (That 70's Show quote). Yes, I just referred to myself as a bear. A lot less hairy, but no less scary. Because anyone that thinks you should be locked up for the rest of your life is indeed scary. Especially when she likes to go around telling everyone how demented you are... and how she'd like to see you locked up forever. And even more scary when you know that it's the truth she speaks. And Lindsay, he is demented. And he should be locked up forever. And, well it seems that he is a fan of mine. Yep, that sick lil monkey can't help himself. He reads this here blog (which is a hint that you should share your thoughts...
