ALBERTVILLE, Ala. — State troopers issued a missing child alert Monday after a man stole a car in which a 5-year-old boy was seated.
Troopers issued the Ambert Alert for Geontae Glass, who was in a light blue 1994 Nissan Altima with no tag when it was stolen Monday morning in front of a store. The car was last seen traveling south on Alabama 206.
Trooper said the child is believed to be in extreme danger and urged anyone with information to call local police or the state Department of Public Safety at 334-242-4128.
Other details were not immediately available.

Geontae Glass, 5 years of age. He's a black male, last seen Monday morning at 601 Baltimore Avenue in Albertville, Ala. Glass is 3 feet tall and weighs 65 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He is considered to be in extreme danger. The suspect is unknown black male who was described as approximately 5'9" - 5'11", 200 - 220 pounds, .
And one in Florida-
The Fort Myers Police Department and the FDLE issued the Amber Alert after the child was abducted at knifepoint on December 1, 2006.
Bryan Desanto Gomaz, 28 days old. He's an Hispanic male, 12 pounds with black hair.
The suspect is a woman described as 28 to 30 years old with black straight hair partially in a bun, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall and wearing a black T-shirt, according to police. The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.
The suspect vehicle is a black, 2-door SUV with older peeling tinted windows, last seen in the Alico Road area.
