I do not, for the life of me, understand this ruling!

Even if the defense is correct, and she did, in complete sincerity, believe fully that she was "sending her children to heaven", to me that is clear evidence that the murder was premeditated.

She clearly understands that to go to heaven, one has to die. She clearly understood that her children were not going to die on their own. She clearly took measures to make them die.

That's Murder One, my friends. I don't care what kind of nut she is... she planned to kill and killed.
