Most of us are lucky when it comes to neighbors. Oh, they may play music too loudly at night, they make tend to think upkeep of their homes only involves moving the junk cars around when the weeds become higher than the rooftops, they might even believe that other peoples yards are a recycling center for their beer cans- but they could be worse. Just ask Christina Hager.
Hager was outside recently when she was approached by David Marquart, her 57 year old neighbor. It could have been a pleasant meeting between the two neighbors, but instead it ended with Marquart requesting to have sex with Hager's 10 year old daughter.
I don't know about you, but I suddenly am a little more willing to put up with my neighbors year around junk car sales that overflow from his front yard.

NBC 4- "We're scared to go home, the kids are having bad dreams," Hager said. "I can't sleep at night. We just don't know what to do."
Hager said Marquart approached her and asked to have sex with her 10-year-old daughter.
Marquart was recently arrested and charged with one count of compelling prostitution for allegedly asking Hager if could pay her up to $4,000 to have sex with her daughter, Alvarez reported.
