As I'm catching up on reading the news tonight, I have to wonder if PA's Judge Howsare watched his local news tonight. And wondering if it had any effect on him.
If you recall, Howsare refuses to set a sentencing date for a Richard Crawford, who was convicted of over three hundred counts of sexual abuse of a minor. (The two links above will take you to past posts on this disgusting case of Judaical negligence, the next will take you to the new story of Dixon)
Just as a reminder, Crawford isn't even on the list, because he's not been sentenced despite his conviction. And, he's out on bond, because the judge doesn't know the difference between accused and convicted.
On tis current story, well I'm sickened. And wondering just how many more times we will have to read these sorts of stories.

WJAC 6: A registered sex offender charged with sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl in Richland Township is now being questioned about the rape of a West Virginia girl.
David Lawrence Dixon, 41, of Sharpsburg, was arrested in Dubois on March 20 and faces six charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl in a Richland Township parking lot.
Police said they are also questioning Dixon about the abduction, rape and release of a West Virginia girl on Feb. 18.
Investigators with the FBI said they have investigated hundreds of leads in the Wheeling, W.Va., case and said Dixon is now among those leads.
Dixon is being held without bond at the Allegheny County Jail in connection with the assault of the 5-year-old. He has not been charged in connection with the abduction and rape in Wheeling.
Police said the 5-year-old child's family considered Dixon a friend and were unaware that he was a Megan’s Law offender.
