After arguing with his girlfriend, 31 year old Kevin Chandler was left alone in his car with his 11 month old son, while the mother went into her home to grab the child's car seat.
Chandler, holding the child in his arms proceeded to stab the boy in the back, and then toss him out the car window.
There is no motive here, just a scum bag who somehow managed to bring a child into this world, and then decided to commit a horrific crime against the child. I have a few suggestions for punishment, but I'll hold back on sharing them since I try to not cuss too much here.

Limbrock handed Devin to Chandler so she could retrieve his car seat inside the home. As she left the car, she heard Chandler swear at the boy and turned around to see him throw Devin out of the car window, according to a police report. When Limbrock picked up her son, she saw a knife in his back, the report said.
She ran back to the home, where residents called for an ambulance.
"We're still trying to determine motive here, but at this point I have no reason to believe he did this to get back at the mother or anything," the detective said.
