Mamaroneck, New York…
UNKNOWN MAMARONECK BUTCHER…New York police are piecing together body parts that washed ashore on opposite sides of the Long Island Sound. Medical examiners have determined that one leg belonged to the same person whose torso was found stuffed in a suitcase. Now, police are putting all of the pieces of the puzzle together to try and catch a killer.
Mason, Ohio…
ENRIQUE TORRES…A parent should never have to hear that their child has been brutally murdered, and a parent should not have to wake up every morning knowing that their child's alleged killer is on the loose. But after the events of August 26, 2006, this is something that the parents of Kevin Barnhill must experience every day.
Norfolk, Virginia…
Guillermo Ramirez…For Amber Fish, justice has been a long time in coming -- too long. As a child, she was molested by her mother's boyfriend, Guillermo Ramirez. Although Ramirez has already been convicted, police say he's been on the run for more than ten years -- years that Amber has spent waiting for justice.
Charlotte, North Carolina…
LINE OF DUTY – OFFICER JEFF SHELTON AND OFFICER SEAN CLARK…Officer Jeff Shelton and Officer Sean Clark responded to a disturbance call at Timber Ridge Apartments in Charlotte, North Carolina on March 31st, 2007. In an apparent random act of violence, cops say Demetrius Montgomery, a man unrelated to the disturbance call, fatally shot both officers in the head. While many were mourning the loss of these officers, several members of SWAT and other officers attending one of the funeral services were pulled away to capture fugitive Tavarus Simpson. Simpson had been featured on AMERICA’S MOST WANTED and became direct result capture #929.
