Michigan Laws to Change?

A House Republican proposal would make the registry retroactive to include some offenders who were convicted of crimes before 1995. That’s when the law creating a registry took effect.

Republican lawmaker David Law of Oakland County’s Commerce Township is behind the plan. He says people convicted of first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under 13 should be on the registry no matter when the offense happened.

I couldn't agree more. And, personally-- I don't think that WHERE the offense took place should matter either.

Now, if only the rest of the states would start making these changes.

It seems to resemble a bit of a 3rd grade crush. Mag said first grade ... but it's really less annoying that having my ponytail pulled. He loves me... after all, he keeps linking to me . Especially when she likes to go around telling everyone how demented you are... and how she'd like to see you locked up forever. And even more scary when you know that it's the truth she speaks. Mom Arrested After Baby Found Mauled By Dogs

This is a story that I really don't want to share, it angers me all the while breaking my heart at how someone could be so cold and callous. My only comment is that there is always a better way. PORTSMOUTH, Ohio -- Investigators said the badly-mauled body of a newborn infant was found Tuesday afternoon on the banks of the Ohio River.
