China Arnold, who LE believes microwaved her baby has been given a gift from Dayton Ohio Judge John Kessler... a new trial.

A judge declared a mistrial Monday in the case of woman accused of killing her month-old baby by burning her in a microwave, finding that new defense witnesses bolster her innocence claim. FoxNews...

Daniel Snay got lucky when he recently won $10 Million, but the news of his lotto winnings also stirred up a few questions as to why the man labeled a 'dangerous sex offender' wasn't exactly following registration guidelines.

Connecticut Trooper William Tate said Snay could face up to five years in prison if convicted of failing to notify authorities of his change of address, a felony. He said Snay hadn't confirmed his address for the Connecticut sex offender registry since May 2004, though that state requires address verification every 90 days.

And Amy Fisher, the once upon a time teen who attempted to murder the wife of her lover has decided to air her feelings regarding her victim, Mary Jo Buttafuoco.
"I feel no sympathy for Mary Jo the multimillionaire! The fact that Mary Jo has a bullet in her head means nothing! I still have silicone in my boobs, and you don't hear me complaining. She can't feel her bullet, and I can't feel my silicone." FoxNews

There this is the worthless idiot woman who went to a hospital, complained of belly pains- walked into a HOSPITAL bathroom, gave birth and instead of just walking up to a nurse and handing them the child... she tossed the baby in the trash.
Granados then wrapped the baby in paper towels before putting him in the trash bin in the restroom while she waited to see a doctor, investigators said.

"She apparently delivered this baby by herself. She tells us she cut the umbilical cord and placed the baby in the trashcan when she knew the baby was not breathing," said Estella Olguin with Child Protective Services.

A cleaning crew found the baby and officials were able to revive him. He was taken to Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he is receiving treatment in the neonatal intensive care unit. He is listed in critical condition.

The mother of two other children- Genny Granados, 29 claims she didn't know she was knocked up... because of course that's something most women who have already given birth twice tend to fail to recognize.

He loves me, he loves me not, oh what the heck he loves me...

It seems to resemble a bit of a 3rd grade crush. Mag said first grade ... but it's really less annoying that having my ponytail pulled. He loves me... after all, he keeps linking to me . He loves me not... evidently that's why he uses my comments out of context and twists my words... he loves me, because clearly he likes to "poke the bear" (That 70's Show quote). Yes, I just referred to myself as a bear. A lot less hairy, but no less scary. Because anyone that thinks you should be locked up for the rest of your life is indeed scary. Especially when she likes to go around telling everyone how demented you are... and how she'd like to see you locked up forever. And even more scary when you know that it's the truth she speaks. And Lindsay, he is demented. And he should be locked up forever. And, well it seems that he is a fan of mine. Yep, that sick lil monkey can't help himself. He reads this here blog (which is a hint that you should share your thoughts...

Florida Sex Offender Registry

Reading the news today, I was taken back to see that the Florida Sex Offender registry was being criticized. Having had the chance to look at it previously, I had always found it rather informative, and well organized. The issue that many are having with it now wouldn't be noticed by the occasional browser on the site. Which makes it even worse. A review of the FSR has found some rather unsettling statistics: The News-Press analyzed the Florida Department of Law Enforcement database of 36,306 sex offenders and found: • 9,205 of them are incarcerated • 7,037 have run away or can't be found • 824 have been deported; and • 516 are dead. Of the 15,573 sex offenders listed as released and not on parole or probation, only 11,355 of those actually live in Florida. Sex offender registries can only be usefully, and only fully do what they where designed to do when they are updated, maintained and monitored continuously. When you are relying on the SO registries to monitors how safe your...
