Few people seem happy that alleged serial molester Michael Carl Felice, who was arrested and charged with multiple counts of molestation of a juvenile, sexual battery and indecent behavior with a juvenile, is out on bond. Even worse is that victims were not given proper notification that he was released.
The trial isn't slated to begin until November, so until then I suppose we can only hope that residents and children can manage to avoid him like the plague.
Concerned Citizen Trinity Thomas says, "Oh, I'm extremely worried. It scares the heck out of me." Concerned citizen Rhonda Newman lives near where Felice is staying at 228 Clifford Felice Road. "I woke up this morning and looked out my door and he's standing in his front yard looking across the street and things like that and I was terrified because I know what he went to jail for, and I don't want my daughter around that. I sent her out to the school bus this morning not knowing that he was out of jail."
These concerned mothers say Felice was let out of jail on bond without any notice at all to the victims. And they think that's unfair. Says Newman, "He's been in jail for really bad things, he does bad things to children." Adds Thomas, "I'm concerned that he's going to get his hands on another child."
