Terry Banks strikes again

Terry Banks was convicted in 1987 of two counts of kidnapping, sodomy, rape and robbery. He received a sentence of 20 years, of which he served 17. Then he was released into the public, until recently when he decided to commit yet another crime spree.

Metro police said Terry Banks randomly picked a residence on Heywood Avenue early Sunday morning, robbed the women inside the home and forced them to perform sex acts on each other. He then fled to a nearby home.

Family members of two of the victims have indicated that the victims were also physically assaulted, leaving them requiring hospitalization.

Since being labeled a 'lifetime registered offender', a status saved usually for the most high risk offenders, didn't deter him from committing another heinous crime- perhaps this time Kentucky can be nice enough to lock this monster up behind bars until he's dead.

It seems to resemble a bit of a 3rd grade crush. Mag said first grade ... but it's really less annoying that having my ponytail pulled. He loves me... after all, he keeps linking to me . Especially when she likes to go around telling everyone how demented you are... and how she'd like to see you locked up forever. And even more scary when you know that it's the truth she speaks. When it came on the news last night, there was very little information. Even today, although there is more coming out- there still is a rather chilling "quietness" in the details of the case. You must understand, my home town is rather small. Murders front page news. So when the second murder of the year was shuffled into the mid section of the paper this morning, without so much as a name for the victim, it seemed- well it seemed odd.
