Terry Banks was convicted in 1987 of two counts of kidnapping, sodomy, rape and robbery. He received a sentence of 20 years, of which he served 17. Then he was released into the public, until recently when he decided to commit yet another crime spree.
Family members of two of the victims have indicated that the victims were also physically assaulted, leaving them requiring hospitalization.
Since being labeled a 'lifetime registered offender', a status saved usually for the most high risk offenders, didn't deter him from committing another heinous crime- perhaps this time Kentucky can be nice enough to lock this monster up behind bars until he's dead.
Metro police said Terry Banks randomly picked a residence on Heywood Avenue early Sunday morning, robbed the women inside the home and forced them to perform sex acts on each other. He then fled to a nearby home.
