“America’s Most Wanted” Investigation Shows

Justice May NOT Have Been Done.

(May 28, 2009), Washington, D.C. – For more than two decades, “America’s Most Wanted” has profiled fugitives and asked the public to help cops chase them down. But in a special episode this Saturday May 30th (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX, AMW Host John Walsh will ask viewers to consider whether one man caught, tried and convicted of murder should NOT be behind bars. In a turnabout for a show that has helped thousands of people get justice, Walsh will investigate a case that raises the question of whether justice has truly been served.

When police found the body of a Missouri woman floating in a river, with a cement block tied around her waist, they immediately suspected the victim’s son, Dale Helmig. Investigators felt that Helmig knew too much about the crime. During his trial, prosecutors argued he killed his mother because she would no longer support him financially. A jury agreed, and he was sentenced to life in prison.

But now there’s evidence that Helmig may not have received a fair trial, and that the jury that convicted him may have been misled. In the special broadcast, John Walsh reconstructs the murder, the investigation and the trial, and asks whether the actual killer is still on the loose.

He loves me, he loves me not, oh what the heck he loves me...

It seems to resemble a bit of a 3rd grade crush. Mag said first grade ... but it's really less annoying that having my ponytail pulled. He loves me... after all, he keeps linking to me . He loves me not... evidently that's why he uses my comments out of context and twists my words... he loves me, because clearly he likes to "poke the bear" (That 70's Show quote). Yes, I just referred to myself as a bear. A lot less hairy, but no less scary. Because anyone that thinks you should be locked up for the rest of your life is indeed scary. Especially when she likes to go around telling everyone how demented you are... and how she'd like to see you locked up forever. And even more scary when you know that it's the truth she speaks. And Lindsay, he is demented. And he should be locked up forever. And, well it seems that he is a fan of mine. Yep, that sick lil monkey can't help himself. He reads this here blog (which is a hint that you should share your thoughts...

Mom Arrested After Baby Found Mauled By Dogs

This is a story that I really don't want to share, it angers me all the while breaking my heart at how someone could be so cold and callous. My only comment is that there is always a better way. Some may of thought of going to the hospital, others may have thought about calling someone- anyone for help. But the complete disregard this person showed is horrifing. PORTSMOUTH, Ohio -- Investigators said the badly-mauled body of a newborn infant was found Tuesday afternoon on the banks of the Ohio River. The next day, the baby's 21-year-old mother was arrested after admitting to a hidden pregnancy. The mother told investigators that the baby was still-born at home. She said she panicked and disposed of the baby boy a few miles from her home, NBC 4's Erin Tate reported. The investigation began after authorities received a 911 call from a frantic mother. Dispatcher: "911, what's your emergency?" Caller: "My kids were just outside, telling me that the dog was ch...
