Michael Patrick McPhail's wife most likely walked onto her back porch expecting something completely different than what she ended up seeing, and what she did next was not only fast thinking, but crucial to punishing her husband. Source-- McPhail's wife told investigators that she found her husband on their back porch Wednesday night having intercourse with their 4-year-old female pit bull terrier, the Pierce County sheriff's office report said. A brief summery of the story: Lori Lynn Letsinger attend the high school concert in which her son was performing. She's the wife of a former board member, although I'm not sure if that really adds anything to the story or not. I'm leaning towards the idea it does. So, Letsinger wants to attend the concert, which is normal. The only problems is that Letsinger is a convicted sexual offender (pleaded guilty in 2004 to indecent solicitation of a child, prosecutors alleged that Letsinger had sex with a 16-year-old boy). So she goes to the school board to request permission to attend. The school board agrees that she should be allowed to. They don't contact LE to see if this is appropriate. They don't ask for input from other parents or teachers... in fact they hold a "closed" meeting, denying members of the public the right to be present. Charges have been files against an inmate at the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility for tattooing and threatening Anthony Stockelman. Jared Harris is a distant cousin of Katie Collman. He is serving time for a burglary sentence from Bartholomew County- which netted him around 20 years. Sullivan County Chief Deputy Prosecutor Bob Hunley was quoted as saying that Harris told Stockelman that he had a weapon and he would do bodily harm with that weapon or Stockelman could lay there and take the tatooing. As evident by the photo- Stockelman decided to get the tattoo. Harris also faces rules violations for allegedly intimidating or threatening inmate Anthony Stockelman, tattooing him and being in an unauthorized area -- Stockelman's cell, Larsen said. Just so you know, blocked referrers are rather misleading. You think that you are covering your tracks and preventing identifing information being passed on as surf through your perv websites. But that's not always the case. Some website stats programs will catch you, some won't. Just 14. Not old enough to drive, not even old enough to be out alone past curfew. And yet, tonight the 14 year old, Jacob Ferguson, sits in the custody of the State. Ferguson, was taken by his father to the the Logan County Sheriff's Office (Ohio) to help in an investigation. He ended up being charged. For rape. Forty counts of rape to be exact. And the news gets worse ... A 14-year-old boy was arrested on Tuesday and charged with 40 delinquency counts of rape, according to a published report. Police told The Bellefontaine Examiner that the charges against Jacob Ferguson stem from incidents during the past two years with a male and female victim, both under the ages of 10. According to police, an Indian Lake-area boy under 10 years old was also charged with a delinquency charge of rape and was released to the custody of his parents, the newspaper reported. She was just doing her job when she went to the home of a nine-month-old who was in custody , so that the mother could have visitation with the boy. Sort of like my previous "categories" links, except that you don't have to leave here to see all the post. I used a third party social bookmarking site in order to bring you categories. They still work, and I'm likely to keep using that feature. But, if you've noticed- I've also started using Bloggers "labels" feature. Now, I have over 1100 posts. Joseph Duncan was to get his jury today, in the case of the murders of three people: Slade Groene, Brenda Matthews Groene, and Mark McKenzie from back in May of 2005. Just barely under a year ago, I was asked about a story that I had shared with all of you. It was a simple enough question, with a simple enough answer.
